Edit general settings
1. Taskbar: select Settings.
2. General settings: click
3. Organization details: name, location, organization type and logo.
4. Contact person: first name, last name and email address.
5. Save: the above data saved
Users can log into the Digital Platform and perform the tasks to which permissions have been assigned. Three different roles can be distinguished in the platform (account-admin, sub-admin and tester), each with a specific set of rights, with the account-admin having the most rights.
Add user
1. Taskbar: select settings.
2. Users: add user.
3. General tab: enter personal data and save.
4. Tab “Rights”: indicate the desired role (with corresponding rights).
Look carefully which rights you give to a user: user rights. The user will automatically be notified by e-mail.
Reset password of other users
1. Taskbar: select settings.
2. Click users: select user.
3. Request new password.
4. User is automatically notified via email.
An organization may have several sub-organizations
Add organization and organization details
1. Taskbar: select settings.
2. Click on organizations.
3. Add organization: name of the organization.
4. Click add.
5. Click on the added organization.
6. Details of the organization: Click on
7. Enter the organization details: name, zip code, city, organization type and logo.
8. Enter contact details: first name, last name, email address, type and notes.
The logged in user is automatically added as a user in the sub-organization.
New users for this organization must be added in the respective sub-organization. Switch to the sub-organization first and then add the users in the sub-organization.
Organization switch
If you have access to multiple organizations, you can switch between them.
Click on your organization name at the top: select the other organization under the current name of your organization.
